An Addams Family Meeting- April Showers

 Dear Fiends,

Hello dearies. I know it's been awhile. I promise you that we didn't plan on these absences and any future ones. It's just been a little kooky around here.

I hope all of our members got their packages. There will be more monthly trinkets as health allows. If you are interested in joining a membership tier, I'll post the link below.

Tonight we recorded an episode from The New Addams where Great Grandpapa Addams (John Astin) guest stars. We will be covering his second appearance next. From there I do not know, but if you are not a fan of the current series we are covering, please know that we are not going to be on it too much longer.

We have of course been making plans for bonuses and shorts as well as future episodes and mini projects. All of this is as our health and personal lives allow. But believe me, the desire is there and burning.

I love this podcast. It brings me laughter, joy, and fulfills a creative need I have to keep my spirit alive and fighting. We are committed to doing this as long as we can. I hope you are still enjoying the silly nonsense we are sending out to you. I was surprised and pleased to see that we picked up some new subscribers from more foreign countries. I hope they think it's a gas. Our goal is to keep the hang out, love each other, be kind, be weird, be like the Addams vibe alive.

 Dear Fiends, This entry isn't for the faint of heart. It's going to be sad, a little bit frightening, and maybe anxiety inducing for some. There is also the content warning of death of a loved one. So please proceed thoughtfully. I am trying to process the heartbreaking news of a friend's passing. I know this is only the beginning of that process. It still feels unreal. I worry about that too. Chris was a friend that I met online, and it just makes it even more complicated in the grief of loss. Going Color! 🤯

 Dear Fiends, We're going electric and full color!  Eventually. Here's the deal. JohnPaul and I have been recording with video for awhile to get comfortable on camera, and last week we recorded with the intention to post video for the first time. The session went really well, but unfortunately it may be next week or after until I get a full handle of editing video successfully. I know I could just throw what we have on YouTube and call it a day, but that's not how I work. I care about what I create and want it to be my best try for that time. So I hope you continue to stick around, and be patient until our big reveal in the next couple weeks. The reveal is that we aren't special, LOL, but at least you can see my wild hand gesturing like JohnPaul mentions.  The new podcast episode will still be up late tonight or tomorrow during the day.   Hello my dearest fiends. I wanted to sit by the hearth with you and have a nice heart to heart. (rips out my heart TEMPLE OF DOOM style) Here you go. Now you! I'm kidding! Though I do love some good theatrics. Theatrics is part of why I love the original Addams Family TV series so much. There is so much passion and vibrancy radiating through that family. Whether it's Gomez throwing himself head first (literally with the Zen Yogi) into his interests, or Wednesday punching a misogynist, rotten, little boy, this family follows through with zest on what they love and believe in.
