 Dear Fiends, We're going electric and full color!  Eventually. Here's the deal. JohnPaul and I have been recording with video for awhile to get comfortable on camera, and last week we recorded with the intention to post video for the first time. The session went really well, but unfortunately it may be next week or after until I get a full handle of editing video successfully. I know I could just throw what we have on YouTube and call it a day, but that's not how I work. I care about what I create and want it to be my best try for that time. So I hope you continue to stick around, and be patient until our big reveal in the next couple weeks. The reveal is that we aren't special, LOL, but at least you can see my wild hand gesturing like JohnPaul mentions.  The new podcast episode will still be up late tonight or tomorrow during the day.  Dear Fiends, This entry isn't for the faint of heart. It's going to be sad, a little bit frightening, and maybe anxiety inducing for some. There is also the content warning of death of a loved one. So please proceed thoughtfully. I am trying to process the heartbreaking news of a friend's passing. I know this is only the beginning of that process. It still feels unreal. I worry about that too. Chris was a friend that I met online, and it just makes it even more complicated in the grief of loss. I don't have the privilege of his physical presence to miss, so the weight of his loss is solely in my heart and mind. He will always exist to me as a spirit that I loved and felt love from. And it got me thinking about how life exists through spirit in the Addams Family. This brought me some brief comfort. Let me explain. In the Addams universe, those we love, never truly leave us.   Thing has been acting temperamental lately and gets insulted by the slightest little comment. He pouts and then disappears. The family believes he's been "thing-napped." Gomez pretends he's a detective and quickly interviews the family, but gets nowhere. The family receives a ransom note for Thing and they hire detective Sam Diamond ( Tommy Farrell ) to follow the instructions. After making contact with Thing, the frightened detective comes back and returns his fee. Thing returns and lets the family know that he was feeling neglected and wanted to see if the family cared enough about him to pay the ransom.   Charles Wagenheim   appears as Mr. Boswell.
